What forms of payment do you accept?
As of right now Di Vina Images accepts PayPal account payments, and most major credit card payments through Paypal. You dont need a paypal account to buy from us, as Paypal just handles our payments. If you are in Canada and would like to pay by cheque, please email DiVinaImages@hotmail.com We are looking into further payment options, so please keep checking back!

Do you ship outside of the Canada?
Yes! Di Vina ships internationally. If you'd like to double check the shipping costs of your country, just drop us an email.

What is your privacy policy?
Di Vina keeps all its customer’s information private, none of your information will ever be released or sold to a 3rd party.

Do you combine shipping for multiple purchases?
Yes! We try to keep the shipping low, and will safely combine as many items as possible.

How long will it take to recieve my item?
We usually ship orders within the first five days after an order has been placed, and then how ever long your local postal service takes to deliver it to your door. It usually takes about 3-7 days after mailout.

What is your return policy?
You can return an item up to 14 days after the postmark on the package for a full refund if you are not satisfied.

Can I have my print autographed?
If you'd like your print autographed by the photographer, then please drop us an email with your order number and we'll see what we can do: DiVinaImages@hotmail.com

Will my print have the DiVina Logo on it like I see on this site?
No. The Di Vina logo is on the images here to protect copyright on the world wide web. Your print will be the image WITHOUT any watermark stamp

Will my print be matte or glossy?
In general all our prints are printed on glossy paper, but if you prefer matte just let us know and we will be more than happy to accomodate you at no extra charge.

Can I have my print printed on a different medium?
DiVina is happy to provide our prints on Canvas or Watercolour paper, or any other medium that you require. Just email us for a quote!

Do you take commissions?
Yes! Di Vina Images is more than happy to discuss any image ideas you may have, just email DiVinaImages@hotmail.com
